Nurse Witch Komugi-Chan

Out from Vaccine World, Mugimaru was sent to find a willing girl to become Magical Girl Nurse Witch and fight against viruses on Earth.

Kogumi Nakahara is a 17 years old student but also a cosplayer idol who works for a talent production company called Kiri as a trade show model and she also can transform into a nurse witch wearing a rabbit-nurse uniform when people around her is attaked by a virus. 

With a rushed introduction, Komugi was chosen to be and fight agains viruses controlled by Magical Maid Koyori, from Vaccine World. Actually Koyori is a student and coworker friend of Komugi but there is no a clear explanation about the reasons she transforms into Komugi's rival and why Komugi can't detect and recognize Koyori as her friend.

Other people from Kiri productions are: Shirou, Komugi's manager who is very friendly but with a scar on his face, Yui Kirihara, the young boss who was previosly a model when younger, Maya, Asuka and Runa, the obnoxious coworkers who are constantly teasing and making comments about Komugi's bad luck in love, work or about her flat chest misfortune.

With all this, Komugi was tasked to fight agains evil by her little companion and sidekick Mugimaru but he is not much of help when fighting against viruses.

Komugi is a playful, lazy, and easily distracted girl with a crush on a boy from a rival talent company.  There is not much of a plot in every episode but constant parodies on other animes like Gatchaman, Initial D, Lupin and others.

Personal comment:

Nurse Witch Komugi-chan is a 2005 short OVA and at the beginning is mentioned about Ungrar, the King of Viruses, Maya, the Goddess of Vaccine World but we never see them as characters in the animation besides as introductory context.

I really liked Komugi-chan design but her screening time and character development falls quite short in the OVA as well for the other support characters. I guess animators where just having a lot of free time and fun just doing the OVA without any expectation of making this show as a full anime. It looks that later in 2016 an anime was made out of this.
